On this page you will find information about ordering, shipping and complaints. The Blue Dodo only has a webshop, so there is no physical store that you can visit. Available by phone on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00
The webshop. All jewelery that is currently in the collection can be found in the webshop. Many jewelry can be adjusted if desired, in the description I indicate which materials and sizes are available. If you are unable to find a solution, or if you have special wishes, you are always welcome to contact us. Some jewelry is unique and cannot be adjusted. This is because sometimes there is only one such special gem. Delivery times. Most jewelry I make in a small edition and are available from stock. If you want a piece of jewelery in a different material, or in a different size, the delivery time may increase. I will try to indicate this as well as possible in the description.
To send. Because jewelry is fragile, I always ship it in a jewelry box. For this I use PostNL's parcel post with Track & Trace. The rate for this is € 6.75 within the Netherlands. If you want an extra shipping option, such as registered, urgent or extra insured, please indicate this at checkout. Even if you prefer to have another delivery service, such as DHL or FedEx, this can of course be arranged. Is your order a gift? Let us know and I will pack it extra festive for you.
Complaints. Of course I try to get your new jewelery delivered to you with as much care and love as possible. But something can always go wrong ... If your purchase does not reach you in good condition, or if you are not satisfied after receipt, I would like to hear it as soon as possible. Together we can then look for a solution.
